Fixed Monthly Costs for Predictable Budgeting 

Your total annual claims amount, including any claims run-off liability, is pre-calculated at the beginning of the plan year with no additional charges required to cover the claims fund. 
• For instance, if your estimated annual claims cost is $240,000, you pay a fixed amount of $20,000 per month (1/12 of the total) over 12 months, allowing for straightforward financial planning. 

Claims Fund Surplus Benefits 

With level funding, the claims fund is yours. If your plan runs well and you have a surplus of funds at year-end, you can reinvest your surplus to stabilize any rate increases for the next year.
• For example, if $30,000 remains in the claims fund at year-end, that amount directly reduces the potential premium increase for the next plan year.
